start xmms hidden?
Hi all,
i was just wondering if it is possible to start xmms and have it be hidden?
I'm using debian sarge with IceWM.
I use firefox with the foxytunes extension. I currently use it with xmms but i like to do all the control from the foxytunes buttons. I can make xmms hidden once it starts, but i was kind of wondering if i can start it that way?
I have this setup with winamp on windows so i assume it has to be possible on linux too.
I looked for an xmms command line argument to start it hidden (so i could alias it) but couldn't find one.
If not, is there any mp3 players with .pls (shoutcast) support that will do this? mpg123 is not available in foxytunes
