Thumbs up Valve's "Steam" Coming to the Linux Desktop FINALLY!

Sorry if this has been posted previously, I did a search and didn't find it here.

Anyways, Steam for Linux Desktop is now in beta!

This has got to be some of the biggest Linux news in a very long time!

I think this is going to be huge for Linux! It should really boost the Linux community and help to promote it and bring more people to Linux for the first time and bring others that had strayed from it because of its lacking support for games, but those days of lacking look to soon be over once and for all!

Read all about it at these links!

I can be found either 40 miles west of Chicago, in Chicago, or in a galaxy far, far away.
Well, as in all things, time will tell how successful this will be...
Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.

I purchased a bunch of games on it to show my support to the companies porting games to linux. They are already up to 164 games for Linux, I couldn't be happier for the quick growth.

The client's pretty stable on Linux now thankfully, it seems we get a bunch of new Linux games on it every week.
