Make xmms default mp3 application within kde
How do i make XMMS the default music player in KDE?
At the moment it is something called NoatRun which does not play my mp3s stored on my NTFS partition, however XMMS does.
I have tried right clicking on an MP3 and then choosing "open with" and ticking the remember association box however this does not appear to remember XMMS.

I am not sure if it is the same with KDE, but in Gnome, you right-click an mp3 file, click the "Open With" tab, and select he program you want it to open with. If xmms is not in there, add it, the command is "xmms". Once selected, it will remain your default.
