Wow. I'm always a little leery of games that make me agree to a lengthy EULA before I can even download them... What type of game is it? I see in the EULA it uses the Stratagus engine so I assume it's a Real-Time Strategy Warcraft-like game?

Have you installed Stratagus? It does say that it doesn't include it in the download, and since it seems to be required, it would seem that you would need to install Stratagus to play the game. Hmm, that's a lot of its for one sentence.
