    sound on QUake3 ubuntu



    Hi all,
    i cannot get sound working on Q3.. XMMS plays fine, and killall esd doesn't help here :/
    using ALSA drivers, but as i said, sound wokr on other programs

    Is your soundcard based on the AC97 codec? Id games have been known to have issues with these.
