Disk full? thats the only error you get?
hmmm.. if I try to get this right, youre trying to install this on the CDrom... take the file and put it on your HD then try to install again under a partition that you know has space

What is the purpose of the -monitor-cdrom-eject option that you're giving Cedega? I've never had to use that to install before.

dont worry about that. that is just for multiple disk installing which i think auto unmounts the old disk and mounts the new.

Provided you're logged in as your regular user (and not under su) then yeah, Cedega should be trying to install inside your /home/username/.transgaming/c_drive/ if I remember correctly.

I would suggest using Point2Play to install and Play C&C Generals.
It allows a different setup for all you games and centraly manages all Cedega Versions, in case you need backward compatibility.
