WINE problems
I need help with getting my keyboard to work under wine. I get to the steam login screen and the keyboard wont let me type anything in. I get this problem on many other applications, including the origional halflife cd. I have tried to do the copy/paste/cut trick, but to no avail. If you knwo anything about this problem PLEASE respond ASAP!!! I have been looking EVERYWHERE for the answer!!!

dude, if your going to have a even fighting chance with wine and steam you'll have to get cedega, the cvs version is free, just google it.
Ive had alot of bad luck even with the commercial product, bad fps etc.
