    DVD burning apps and Video Editing


    New to Linux and was wondering what the best DVD burning solutions are.

    Also, was looking for a reasonable Video Editing solution to mess with. Any ideas?

    K3B is probably going to be about the best CD and DVD burning tool you're likely to find.

    As far as video editing, I've heard that cinelerra is pretty good:

    Thanks for the quick responses. Upon looking around, I came across MainConcept's new product for Linux:

    Looks like they are getting serious. Anyone out there had a chance to look at the linux version of MainActor?
