How to play DVDs?
I inserted my DVD and after it opened Kaffeine I was told that the required plugin is not found. I did a google search and ended up on PackMan.
I have begun downloading the a) package for SuSe 9.2. It's libxine1.0.1... etc and it says "A portable video/audio library for unix-like systems. Basic package."
My question is will this be all? or do i need something else?
I'd be grateful for your help.

Thanks. I'm trying that out now. This must sound pretty stupid, but I can't tell which "apt" and "apt-lib" to copy since there are many listed here ftp://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/suse/apt...MS.suser-rbos/
Can someone tell me?
Thanks again!Registered Linux User #395492

check madpenguin.org for the SuSE multimedia support: howto.
Edit: ok, didn't notice it was mentioned already above... Anyway, I don't think it matters that much, I've tried both of them, if the dependencies are unmet, you will notice it, don't worry

You'll want to get "apt-0.5.15cnc7-0.suse092.rb0.i586.rpm" and "apt-libs-0.5.15cnc7-0.suse092.rb0.i586.rpm"
