    avi players?

I'm new to suse and cant find any avi players to work with, i'm using kaffeine, xine, and realplayer 10. I've tried xanim but couldn't figure out how to get it to work. Anyone have some easy to use avi players or ways to get avi's to play on the three listed ones?

What version of SuSE? Give this a shot: http://www.madpenguin.org/cms/?m=show&id=3601

Also, once you have all that done, you should try mplayer. That's a pretty good media player. Just do:

    Code:
    apt-get install MPlayer-suite

xine plays avis just fine. You need to make sure, however, that you have the proper codecs installed. Check this out: http://avifile.sourceforge.net/
