Amarok streaming
Hi All
I'm having a bit of a problem getting amarok to play streaming media from shoutcast. I was able to do this until recently but now it's a no-go.
First a little history; Yesterday I upgraded to KDE 3.4.1. I'm running a AMD64 3000+ with Suse9.2-64 OS. The error message I get in amarok is "Sorry xine 1-rc6a cannot play remote streams, please upgrade to 1-rc7".
I have no problems playing streams in XMMS or Kplayer. What file would you suggest I go hunting for to upgrade?
Any suggestions would be welcome...

Just an update for anyone who is interested. With great pains and lots of broken dependencies I managed to go back to KDE 3.4.0. It seems that 3.4.1 broke more than my streaming in Amarok. There were some broken menus and apps also.
My suggestion is to avoid 3.4.1 if you are running Suse9.2. Fortunatly I have my system back to stable after a lot of effing around.
