Cedega is a commercial product. Transgaming does release periodic source code that is freely downloadable but it takes a bit of work to get installed (link).

if u have it downloaded, the easiest way i found was to do this:

    Code:
    cp cedega_4.2.1-1.i386.tgz /
    tar xzvf cedega_4.2.1-1.i386.tgz
    do that as root
    then as a user run:
    Code:
    /usr/bin/cedega
    NO arguments.

    then install away.
u may also wanna move the cedega tarball outta / again

i could be wrong, but i think another solution would be to do:

    Code:
    tar xzvf cedega_4.2.1-1.i386.tgz -C /
but i could be wrong on that one

Also, note to change the version number to the version you have hehe.

To install an rpm, open up a console and log in as root by typing su and then entering your root (administrator) password when it asks. Then type:
    Code:
    rpm -i packagename.rpm
Replace "packagename" with whatever the name of your Cedega rpm is. Cedega doesn't have any dependencies so you shouldn't see any errors except perhaps a "No GPG Key..." which doesn't mean anything.

That's very strange. I've never had that warning installing Cedega. Do you have 3D accelerated drivers installed for your video card?
