    Enemy Territory sound

my problem is that enemy territory has no sound at all. i don't know how to get it working either. all my other games have sound and my system sound is working fine. any help please?
Here's why Linux is easier than Windows:
Package Managers! Apt-Get and Portage (among others) allow users to install programs MUCH easier than Windows can.
Hardware Drivers. In SuSE, ALL the hardware is detected and installed automatically! How is this harder than Windows' constant disc changing and rebooting?

sorry it took so long for a reply, but try this:

    echo "et.x86 0 0 direct" >/proc/asound/card0/pcm0p/oss
