    DIVX5 support

Dears, I've installed win32codec, and I can watch DivX3,4, XVid, MPEG etc. movies fine, but not DivX5 encoded ones. From divx.com I retreived latest video codecs available, but they seem to be outdated, cause release date was 2003/04/28, though they are in DivX5 download section. Is there any possibilities to watch DivX5 movies in linux? The same problem with WMV.

The answer is "yes" according to the mplayerhq.hu website:

You can watch VideoCD, SVCD, DVD, 3ivx, DivX 3/4/5 and even WMV movies..
