Mplayer volume through right speaker channel
For some reason, when I play a movie in mplayer, the left speaker is good, but the right speaker is extremely quiet (it isn't the speakers cause I unplugged them and my laptop speakers do the same thing). Even when I shift the mplayer balance over all the way over to the right, it is still very quiet. I checked the volume controls for the os and the volumes are equal for the left and right channels. Any ideas?
Oh, and I used the follwing guide to install mplayer...

Thanks.

Ok, nevermind. For some reason, the right speaker's volume fixes itself as soon as I tweek the master volume. So I guess I have solved my own problem. Thanks anyway.
