    HOWTO listen online radio stations

    Hi all,

Can somebody explain me what do I need to do to listen online radio stations? Most of the sites expect to find windows media player.

I would like to listen using mplayer or xmms.

    How can I do this?

i had them working through realplayer, then found a program for Ubuntu 5.04 called streamtuner that has shoutcast and live365 and i think a few other places built into it and i found my stations in the guide there and now they play through XMMS
