I don' think you can't do that.. then how would you use knoppix?

If your PC has enough RAM, there is purportedly a way to have the necessary components Knoppix Live CD installed into RAM, and then the CD can be ejected (so that another CD can be put in the cd drive). I've never tried it myself. I recommend you ask this question on a Knoppix forum.
