DVDs clipping
Hello all! I have a problem. I installed the codecs necessary to play DVDs and they work only with one problem. The sound/video clips like hell. I got an error when running Xine that said that alot of frames had been lost and this was a performance issue. I know my laptop is capable of playing DVDs as they worked fine in windows. I did xine-check and it said DMA is disabled for my DVD interface. I was wondering if there were any consequences with enabling it. Will it result in data corruption?
TIA,
Proto

I had the same problem, enabling DMA will solve it.
