Has any one played uplink??

Just wondering iof any one has played uplink to any extent. I see its an earlier game by introversion software, and just after some feed back?? I am going to try the demo, but love to have some comparisins.

I tried to try it, but I couldn't get it download & burn correctly (a friend linked me too full). He said they have a linux client as well, and it's some sort of a hacker game. I never burned it, gave up. Is it good?

I've played it, semed ok from what i can remember....

Yeah there is a linux client, going to give it a shot. I know its an old game but just after comments ... curious is all. I going to get it at www.uplink.co.uk

oh as for threading .. tryin for that first penguin ..

If you post it here, you won't get more posts, just make more job for the mods since they have to move it to the coffee lounge

Its not a bad game but does get very repetitive after a while
