hi all,
finally got rid of my ati card and downgraded to an nvidia fx5200 had some issues with yast driver installation so did the manual way follwing the short directions on the nvidia site.
got 3d accel going and was happy
all of the 3d games that were previously unavailable worked well, and i went on the game tome and downloaded cube, it worked the first time and it was great, however, it crashed my whole computer (couldnt even kill x cos it had totally froze) when i exited the program and now it wont start at all. tried donwloading a fresh copy but that didnt work.. im new to 3d stuff so please help
also bzflag crashes when i exit it but can usually kill and restart x.
any insight wold be great as cube seemed like a cool game.
