Converting lots of wma's into mp3's

Well, I came by a whole lot of wma files because my brother doesn't like anything but windows...anyways, he ripped a whole bunch of cd's to wma's using windows media player.

What I want to do is convert them to mp3's so they are easier to work with - are there any scripts around that will do it, or anything else anyone could reccomend to do large batches of converting?

    Script:

    You'll need mplayer + lame.
