i need some help.

iv been given an assignement on operating systems and linux is one of them that i need to look in to. i throught u guys could hepl me out.

the information i cant find that u may be able to help me with are:
Screen resolution
Display memory required
How much is ideal
Hard disk space


if any of u could help me out, it would be great.
