Oh, I see what's happened. You have the main game directory, armyops, in your home directory. That's not where the ArmyOps.ini file is. Rather, it's in the .armyops250/System directory. Note the 'dot' at the start of the directory name, meaning it's a hidden file (or hidden directory in this case). To see it, you'll have to enable your file manager to view hidden files, or type the name directly into the address bar.
Hidden files in your home directory are a wonderful thing--they keep your personal settings in one tidy place, and being hidden keeps them from cluttering your view of 'regular' files.Stand up and be counted as a Linux user!
