My father recorded a movie from our tv using a video capture device. Unfortunately the signal is PAL, and by accident he recorded as NTSC. The video and the audio is fine, but it's not synchronized.

This gets worse later in the film. I suspect that this happens because of the framerate difference.

Is it possible to fix this? Will it help converting it to PAL?
