Hey all,
anyone recommend a great media program to watch and/or view wav. files.
Everytime someone emails me a wav. file I unable to view with my linux box....

Do you mean .wmv? .wav are raw audio data...
Mplayer with the right codecs should do the trick, by the way.Flies of a particular kind, i.e. time-flies, are fond of an arrow.

WMV stands for Windows Media Video -- developed and controlled by Microsoft.

I'm well aware of that, which is why I asked if they meant .wmv, because they said "watch/view .wav". I'm also aware that although it's a format controlled by Microsoft, there are still codecs available for Linux.
Flies of a particular kind, i.e. time-flies, are fond of an arrow.
