i installed all files necessary. problem is when i go to run it it wont run:
root Ventrilo# ./ventrilo_srv
bash: ./ventrilo_srv: cannont execute binary file
what am i not doing???

A bit of a google leads me to believe you need to re-compile your kernel with "Kernel support for A.OUT binaries" enabled.
