    Hi casper,
oh no, it still doesn't work, although the commands for yum and those
work very good...I think it is a problem of the URL where it tries to update,
but I am not sure, since I am such a clumsy beginner
Let me post what I got:

    Hi !!

i remember, in some another thread, you wrote that Momonga is like Fedora. Fedora's repositories are not working for your distro... freshrpms repo is failing again and again....

it may be coz of very slow internet connection or your distro is not supporting Fedora's repositories.

post some detail about 'Momonga' or a link to its official web site.

    .... casper ....
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

    Hi,
yes of course. Here it is: http://www.momonga-linux.org/index.html.en
I don't know in which of the left links I should enter to find info for fixing
my problem so I gave the main URL.

    Thanks mate.

Oh, now I remember...some files for RedHat worked sometimes
in Momonga...would you mind in posting the URL I should type
replacing the ones for Fedora? This might seem a childish request
but I prefer to ask even that since I am kinda scared of spoiling it even
    more that it is already...
