    sound weak



    Hello,

    i'm using Mandrake 10 and i've been trying to make the sound louder for a couple of hours with no success. The mixer is at full, so is the player. The problem persists in KDE and GNOME. Is there a way to set the hardware level or is the problem elsewere?

    what mixer are u using, check that pcm/wave is turned up as well
