unless you are refering to something else, m3u is not an audio format. m3u is a playlist so it can not be converted to an mp3. It is a list of mp3(, ogg, wav...etc) files not the files themselves.
I am well aware that is a playlist format. But, you can convert an m3u to wav using discwriter. So, if it can go to wav, surely it can convert to mp3...I just need to know the correct software.
Axara Audio Converter said that it supported to convert m3u to mp3. But i am not sure.
