Problem playing UT2003

I downloaded the UT2003 demo and installed in and everything, but when I start it, it gives me this,

what does this mean, It shows the splash screen but then closes.

This is likely because you havent installed the drivers for your videocard correctly (and thus opengl support), or maybe because your videocard is not supported by the game

I got the same problem here at collegue, where PCs are dells with an integrated nvidia card
