Well,I can load steam and see the login and password,but when I connect it stands: Could not connect to Steam network.
well it works fine on windows :S
btw I have Ubuntu 7.04

What are you using to run Steam - Wine, Cedega, Crossover Office? Sometimes Steam changes protocol and it breaks so that Cedega etc need to patch it.
I am using Wine.
