Video and Audio in Linux
I just installed Fedora Core 5 on my HP Compaq Laptop. The only video player installed by default is Totem. After installation I tried playing a VCD but it didnt work, i then ran the command online
yum update totem
it now updated totem. but i still get the error.
**player cant read from resource**
how do i go about this. am i to install codecs.if that, where do i find them.how do i install them.
Are there other players i can install. with support for most file formats
what about audio players that support most popular extensions
