xmms segmentation fault

So I regularly use XMMS, but after I rebooted today, when ever I run it, I get a segmentation fault. How do I fix this problem?

we need distro and the exact printout of xmms in a terminal (try running xmms --verbose) it might give more info.

ok, i see xmms doesnt have a verbose command.
