want to install linux on a old g3 and g4

mac guy but bi curious. can you point me to where I could burn a install disc for linux and find out what all the fuss is about.
old hard core mac user
have a blue white 350 mhz g3 and a g4 power book 500mhz

See this page on distrowatch.
Just make sure that when you download the iso, that you select the powerpc.
Gentoo is 9th on that list if that's what you were interested in.
If not just say so and I will have this thread moved to a more appropriate section.
