    problem with xorg (i810)


    so hi. have little problem with xserver. i use intel i810 chpset. x complains "Fatal server error: no screens found" I tried to google but i didnt found anything useful. : ( Btw, would 915resolution help me or not?

    You should add
    Code:
    VIDEO_CARDS="i810"
    to your /etc/make.conf and recompile x11-base/xorg-server. Remove /etc/X11/xorg.conf file and Xorg will pickup on everything automatically.
