ibook freezing
When i boot up from the cd it crashes. Same thing happened with my YDL. it starts up with
Using PowerMac machine description (Rest of line is covered in white)
Total memory = 128MB; Using 256kb for has table..........etc
(Bottom of screen is covered in white also)
Any ideas?

Are you talking about Gentoo 2007?
When you first boot the LiveCD, if that's what you have, you'll see some options at the bottom of your screen like, F2 Kernels F3 - F6 Options, try some of the options listed, maybe try Gentoo nofb noprobeI do not respond to private messages asking for Linux help, Please keep it on the forums only.
