Portage problem?

Remove the file and try emerging again

/usr/portage/distfiles/gnome-media-2.6.0.tar.bz2~Mike ~~~ Forum Rules

Just fei, that error means that the source tarball is corrupt or that part of your portage tree is corrupt.

Always hope for the first and delete that tarball before assuming that the portage tree is borked.
