What distro do you want to run it at boot on? If it's gentoo, rc-update add sshd default. MDK, I'm not sure.

1:Secure crt works fine for forwarding X11 packets. But it costs money though, its a product from Van Dyke.
2:Code:chkconfig --level 35 sshd on
