lynx is pretty good, very common browser used for console

lynx, w3m, links, elinks
links you can run on the framebuffer and get images, elinks is a port of links (minus framebuffer support) with color and javascript support iirc. lynx is the most basic and boring one, w3m also functions as a pager.
