i think it says that deactive the 8169 then install the r8101 module.

Yes, but it says to try the 8169 module first. Which is what I would do.
The rtl8101e now works correctly with the r8169 driver from the kernel. If you have troubles with the kernel driver, you can try the driver from realtekI do not respond to private messages asking for Linux help, Please keep it on the forums only.
