    i think it says that deactive the 8169 then install the r8101 module.

    Yes, but it says to try the 8169 module first. Which is what I would do.
    The rtl8101e now works correctly with the r8169 driver from the kernel. If you have troubles with the kernel driver, you can try the driver from realtek
