    XML-Parser

    About half an hour ago, I tried emerging Gaim. One of the depens won't download, hence the subject name.

    Along with Gaim, mozilla or any other brower won't emerge because of XML-Parser. Anyone have an idea?

    Now that I'm doing emerging different ebuilds, there's multiple dependencies that can't be found on any of the servers and emerge aborts. The two that I know of are unzip550 and XML-Parser.

    Man...you have serious bad mirror karma. That's your problem.

    But really...you're just having bad luck getting mirrors that update with your sync servers. Or you're getting busy mirrors that can't handle the load. Just try again later or reconfigure your package mirror to be one that you know is good (like an ibiblio mirror, though they don't always have the best speed).

    Hmmmm...now that I had more than 10 seconds to read that last post, you gave me an idea for a list of servers that sync regularly.
