Sabayon Install
Hello, I'd like to start off saying if this is the wrong forum please excuse me, but Centos is discussed on RH so logic says Sabayon would be discussed on Gentoo.

While my system was down I got to playing with live CD's and found Sabayon which I liked. So after the new drives arrived I tried to install it on my newly installed RAID10 setup.
Made the updates to the install program as was told on the irc channel and started the install. After reboot I got dropped to the grub prompt.
When back to the irc channel to ask why and was told that I needed another way of booting as it would not boot from a RAID setup.
I cannot believe this to be true. Can Sabayon/Gentoo boot off a RAID? If the answer is yes then how can I get this setup? I would love to install this.
Thank for any and all feed back.

There is nothing special about Gentoo with RAID, just the same restrictions and problems as with any other Linux.
