    13.11.1? What do you mean? Please be more specific. As stated, it makes no sense except as a date.

    I don't use gentoo but emerge is part of their portage package install system. So either emerge is missing, or you don't have the permissions to run it. Usually in Linux you need to be root in order to install software so are you switching to root before trying to try to install. If you are root then have to see if you have emerge on your system. You can do that with the find command, or which command.

    It seems that the problem to distribution. Do not accept my password as the root user. When I enter my password in the terminal, nothing happens.

    Are you new to Linux, Gentoo is not a distro those new to Unix or Linux typically use. You might want to try one of the other distros like Ubuntu or Fedora that those new to Linux tend to start with.
