    Font problems in "emerge kde"

    Hi there,

    My "emerge kde" command was interrrupted after 15 min with the following message:
    Code:
    make[5]: *** [fonts.cache] Illegal instruction.
Leaving directory (...something)
make[4]: *** [all] Error 2

!!! ERROR: x11-base/xorg-x11-6.8.0-r1 failed
!!! Function src_compile, Line 622, Exitcode 2
!!! (no error message)
    How do I go about fixing this? This doesn't seem like too crippling a problem, so if there isn't a simple solution, I want 'emerge' to skip the little trifle and move on to more important things (like finishing the compilation of KDE). How do I make emerge skip the fonts problem?

    The directory is actually '/var/tmp/portage/xorg-x11-6.8.0-r1/work/xc/fonts/scaled/Type1'
