. I'm gonna delete my SuSE partition in order to install Gentoo. When I distro-hop, I go 100%
.
And I found the Knoppix installation. I never saw this page before. Awesomeness.
But out of curiosity, it specifies boot options. Is that done from the Knoppix boot?
I guess I'll find out...
Anyway, thanks everyone. I'll be beginning soon, and I'll post here in either Windows or Gentoo once I get it working.
Thanks!DISTRO=Arch

hopefully in gentoo, there is just something great from posting in an os that you compiled just for yourself...
...despite the problems you will incur, which we can help you with. Plus the gentoo site has handbooks for setting up anything you need: alsa, ati, wlan, xorg, etc...p.s. if I were you I'd make sure alsa is set up before you emerge your xwm...just something I would do though
Operating System: GNU Emacs
