    Error when boot...

When I boot up Gentoo using GRUB it says

*Fsck could not correct all errors, manual repair needed

    and above that it says

/dev/hda1 was not cleanly unmounted, check forced.
    /dev/hda1: 33/7936 files (6.1% non-contiguous), 3297/31720 blocks

It will boot but I was just wondering how I could fix this.

If you are using reiserfs, did you emerge reiserfsprogs?
Do "fsck", then it will do the check and it should give you some things asking if you want to fix them.

You may also need to boot from the livecd to run fsck, as you can't fsck a filesystem that's mounted.
