I'm using KDE as my desktop manager, under Gentoo Linux.

Whenever I click a help icon in Konqueror, it says that Ephy had a problem. Exact error message:
An error occurred while loading or saving configuration information for Ephy. Some of your configuration settings may not work properly.
Under that, I get a help error that says that the specified location is invalid. Help works fine when I click it on the taskbar, though.
