Install from Debian
Hi all, I'm currently running Debian Linux, and I figured that since I have an extra 15 GB of unparitioned space and a Gentoo install disc, I should give it a shot. But since my free time to install comes in bits and pieces, and I need my computer for other things during the install, is there any way I can install Gentoo on a partition while still running Debian?
Thanks in advance for the help!

Read the Gentoo Alternative Installation Method document.
Look under section 3: Knoppix Installation. It may be that your sole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

Actually that is 'almost'' very good advice except if you read three sections down on that very same document you have:
6. Installing Gentoo from an existing Linux distribution
