    Sure it supports xfce. I run it on my Gentoo box.
    It's a very good desktop environment.
    It may be that your sole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

    Yes, it does. Just do

    Code:
    emerge xfce4
    as root and it will automatically install! I use it as my DE, it's really lovely and *box-like.
