For some reason, my su command is messed up, so I've decided to re-emerge it. Does anyone know the ebuild in which it resides? Thanks!...

Su does not reside in an ebuild, su is a command, in order for you to be able to use it, you need to be a member of the wheel group.

This page will explain how you can do this.

The su binary is compiled by the coreutils ebuild
